Description (Service) Facilities include a wellness centre, 3 lane indoor pool, full sized gymnasium, indoor running track, racquetball, North American squash courts 
 
Recreational programs and non-physical programs for all ages including: 
* children's summer day camps 
* family activity programs 
* preschool and school age programs and child care 
* adult fitness programs including group fitness, aquatic fitness, group cycling, Group Power, Senior Wellness programs  
* educational courses such as Lifesaving, First Aid and CPR  
* child minding service for members 
* Youth Leadership programs for members only 
* birthday party program on Saturdays and Sundays 
* participates in International Peace Week in November annually
Volunteer Description * volunteers may apply by contacting YMCA * volunteers used in most aspects of YMCA operation, including child care, babysitting, programs, membership, maintenance, recreational programs

Fees Membership - The entire facility, including pool, is open to non members upon payment of a day use fee ;

YMCA strives to serve all segments of the community * Membership Assistance Program provides help to those who wish to become a member but are UNABLE, NOT UNWILLING to pay full fee * payment plan will be arranged through a confidential interview based on the individual's ability to contribute * Campership program designed to assist children to attend camp who otherwise may not attend due to financial circumstances

YMCA administers the Canadian Tire Jump Start Program as well as the Health Star program which help children in financial need participate in organized sport and recreation activities * Fee assistance available.
