nspiring people to make responsible environmental choices for over 30 years

  • Tree Plantings. May & October. They are working towards a goal of planting 10,000 trees for Barrie through their community tree plantings, small neighbourhood plantings, corporate planting events, stewardship and more. Community Tree Planting events take place in public parks, are free, open to all and no experience is required.
  • Information and Resources. Workshops, webinars and resource library (under development)
  • 12 Actions for Climate. Monthly repeatable actions that anyone can take to address the climate emergency

Volunteer Description Volunteers choose their own engagement opportunities. Examples include supporting the Charity Bingo team, tree plantings, events, fundraising, admin support, tech support and other activities as they arise.
