Eligibility
  • Must be a permanent legal resident of Canada (i.e. Canadian Citizen or have Landed Immigrant status)
  • for couples, one spouse must be 60yrs and older
  • age guideline removed for those requiring wheelchair accessibility unit but must be able to live independently in a self contained unit but may have the support of home care agencies
  • anyone may apply regardless of religious background as this is an interdenominational project

  • Market value: call office, have their own waiting list in the order that applications are received
  • Accessible Units: applications go to the Centralized Special Needs Wait list with Simcoe County Social Housing Department
