Provides affordable housing for members of the cooperative. Consists of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units for a total of 217 family units. Some units are completely accessible to those with physical disabilities.

Application Market Value Units: call for information and appointment. Applicants participate in an interview and then must receive approval by Board of Directors
