Description

Description (Service) Community clinics providing nursing care services for patients, services include:
  • wound care
  • IV medication administration and teaching
  • PICC lines, Portacath, Chemo disconnects
  • ABIs
  • Health Teaching
  • Injections
  • Symptom management
  • Ostomy care and teaching
  • Catheter care, Nephrostomy care, Drain care, G Tube care
  • Physical Assessments
All patients attending the community nursing clinic will be assessed and provided with individualized instruction on self care and self-management supports
