Description

Description (Service) Provides youth with support including:
  • individual and family counselling
  • life skills development
  • consultation with a multi-disciplinary team and referral and coordination with other community services if appropriate
  • sessions are offered either as in person, by video conference or via telephone
Adolescent Outreach workers work out of offices in Alliston, Barrie, Bradford, Collingwood and Orillia at select high schools with both the Simcoe County District School Board and Simcoe Muksoka Catholic District School Board
