Description (Service)

Responsible for administering and enforcing the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act (MVDA), a public protection statute delegated by the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery

Four key areas of service to support mandate of consumer protection:

  • Registration
  • Enforcement
  • Car buyer complaints
  • Car buyer awareness and education - offer free car-buying virtual 60 minute seminars to organizations
