| Application | Must sign up on the website first in order to book an appointment through the online booking tool. Clients will be called by the transportation provider staff to confirm their request and arrange the ride. They will also be called if a ride cannot be fulfilled For booking, the more notice the better. Same day requests MIGHT be accepted, but it's on a case-by-case basis, depending on the availability of drivers that day. There is no guarantee that a same day request can be accommodated To cancel a booked appointment, clients should call the transportation provider directly. |
