| Description (Service) | The Employment Ontario Contact Centre is the central point of access to information regarding provincial government employment and training initiatives. Information counsellors can assess callers' needs; provide information and referrals, and mail out related print materials regarding a range of employment and training programs and services for youth, employers, trainers, unemployed or employment insurance eligible individuals.
