Description (Service) Non-medical in-home support service for older adults and other individuals who need additional assistance to remain independent in their own home or Retirement Home

Companionship/Home Help Services can include:
  • friendly visiting, conversation and companionship
  • shopping/errands (groceries and other essential needs)
  • light housekeeping
  • meal preparation and planning
  • routine laundry for client
  • escort to and from appointments, e.g. Doctor, Foot Care, Clinics etc.
  • wheelchair accessible transportation and accompaniment (will travel to Toronto for medical appointments if necessary)
  • caregiver relief/ respite care
  • pet care
Personal Care Services can include:
  • assistance with dressing, shower, bath, grooming
  • medication reminders

Blood Services - in-home
