Confidential, anonymous and free helpline for Muslim women across North America:

  • offers mental health support and peer counselling in English, French, Arabic, Urdu and Somali
  • offers peer-to-peer counselling, support in creating action plans, referrals, emotional and spiritual support and encouragement to women
  • volunteers needed
