Description

Description (Service) Provides information to all types of child care agency services, county-wide
  • increased accessibility of subsidized child care spaces
  • information regarding availability and process for child care fee assistance
  • help for families as spaces and subsidy become available
  • monitoring funded, licensed child care centres, including licensed home child care services, to ensure compliance with municipal standards
  • maintains a waiting list for subsidies (when applicable), general operating grants and wage enhancement grant for eligible licensed child care providers
