| Description (Service) | Assists individuals and business sites with the purchasing, placement, registration, awareness of Public Access Defibrillators, and assist with Bill 141 compliance. Cost Recovery certification training for program members in CPR/AED and First Aid; Training and Awareness programs for the public. Independent Registration of PAD with 9-1-1 Ambulance Communications Centres. All Public Access Defibrillators should be registered so dispatchers can direct people to this lifesaving device if a Sudden Cardiac Arrest happens near by.
