Assessment services include:

  • all manner of psychological assessment is available
  • uses cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness based strategies, and solution focused strategies
  • also provides coaching services for teens and adults with ADHD or Learning Disabilities, and instruction in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
