Description (Service) Provides medical laboratory services including:
  • blood work
  • sample collection for DNA testing
  • drugs of abuse collection and testing
  • In-home and nursing home visits for bloodwork
This location participates in "Serving Customers with Autism" program

  • CLOSURE at 2:30 pm on the second Wed of every month for employee training

  • In-home service: requires medical referral, call 705-728-2075 and then fax referral to 705-728-4609 "Attention - Home Care" to arrange for in-home service
