Description

Description (Service) Home-based services include:
  • identification of individual strengths and needs of children through functional developmental assessment
  • development of family service plan and identification of other professional referrals required to meet needs of family
  • family centred and directed activity suggestions and program ideas to support healthy parent/child interactions
  • Services available throughout Simcoe County with central intake through the Barrie office
