Description

Description (Service) Family Court matters include:
  • domestic relations law (custody of children, divorces, child access provision, support orders for spouses and children, restraining orders and other matters pertaining to the Family Law Act),
  • child welfare and adoptions
  • divorce processing, including property matters
  • can answer basic inquiries about the Family Responsibility Office, or process forms to initiate Family Support
  • Inquiries about cases already filed with the Family Responsibility Office should be made directly to 1-800-267-7263 Automated System, 1-800-267-4330 for Client Service Associate or Fax 416-240-2401 (see CWD0597), problems can also be brought to the attention of local MPP
