Description (Service)

Third Age Barrie (TAB) is a volunteer organization dedicated to providing intellectually stimulating lectures for mature learners living in Barrie and neighboring communities

  • offers a lecture series and single events each spring and fall, in-person and as Zoom webinars
  • refreshments and parking assistance at each lecture provided by the Barrie Chapter of Grandmothers and Grandothers, donations from attendees go to the Stephen Lewis Foundation
  • member of the Third Age Network of Ontario
Volunteer Description Volunteer run 
<ul>volunteers assist in a variety of ways acting as board or committee members, helping with registration at events, ushering, financial records and reports, media relations, clerical support</ul>
