Concerned with horticultural education and civic beautification

  • 8 General meetings with guest speakers aon a wide range of interesting and informative topics followed by by a Q & A
  • guests welcome at meetings at no charge
  • for upcoming meeting speaker information check Oro-Medonte Horticultural Society website, or local papers and community events notices
  • annually hold a plant sale after the long weekend in May
  • annually hold 3 floral design workshops
  • annually hold 3 flower shows
  • annually hold a Garden Tour in July,
  • maintain civic plantings in the Oro-Medonte community
  • support the Youth Gardeners at annual Oro World's Agricultural Fair
  • District seminars and OHA Convention
