Description

Description (Service) Responsible for matching volunteers in a variety of positions within Empower Simcoe
  • Matches are facilitated that fulfill the real needs of the Agency, as well as meet the interests and times available of individuals choosing to volunteer with Empower Simcoe
Volunteer Description Accepts volunteers, ages 18 and up (youth ages require parental signature), acting in the capacities of:
  • one to one mentorship
  • sharing specialized skills (crafting, music, exercise)
  • assisting with events and fundraising
  • driver
  • Bingo helpers
  • Administration
  • assistant for activities like bowling, shopping,
  • parent volunteers who help run activities at various EarlyON Child and Family Centres as well as various playgroups
