Description

Description (Service) Support to individuals with developmental disabilities in Barrie and Orillia who reside in their own apartment, townhouse, rooming house or detached home setting and occasionally when still living at home
Provide support with:
  • banking, budgeting, grocery shopping and meal preparation, varies among individuals and can fluctuate as situations arise
  • choices of working, volunteering or pursuing leisure activities
  • accessing community services as needed
If support needs decrease to a minimum, a referral to the Community Resources Worker Program would be a consideration
