Description (Service)

Recreational, fitness and non-physical programs for all ages including:

  • family activity programs
  • preschool programs
  • adult fitness programs
  • prenatal and postnatal fitness
  • orientations to fitness
  • Senior Wellness programs,
  • children's summer day camps
  • educational courses such as Lifesaving, First Aid, and CPR and babysitting service for users
  • Youth Leadership programs for members only
  • Facilities include a conditioning room/wellness centre, leisure and a lap pool, full sized gymnasium, group fitness and group cycling rooms and more
  • birthday party program on Saturdays and Sundays
  • participates in International Peace Week held in November annually
  • YMCA at Home is a virtual YMCA connecting people to at-home workouts, children's programs and physical activity, and personal wellness resources

  • Campership program designed to assist children to attend camp who otherwise may not attend due to financial circumstances
