Description (Service) Community-based cancer rehabilitation program offered at the YMCA in partnership with the Simcoe Muskoka Regional Cancer Program at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre
  • program is for individuals who have received treatment for cancer and for those who have finished their active treatment
  • Restore physical function for day-to-day tasks
  • Support social and psychological well-being
  • Improve your health and quality of life
  • program is offered at Innisfil YMCA at the cost of monthly membership, a secondary membership is provided at no cost for the duration of the program for a caregiver or partner
