Description

Description (Service) Adult day program
  • social recreational and therapeutic activities for seniors and adults who are frail, cognitively impaired, and/or isolated, and/or physically challenged
  • helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care
  • noon meal and snack are provided
  • assistance to make transportation arrangements
