Description (Service)

Children's Mental Health Centre offering:

  • Quick Access Counselling Clinic
    • offers one-hour counselling sessions, providing the first step in accessing other support as needed
  • Community-Based Child and Youth Mental Health Counselling
    • available at all locations in person, by phone or online
    • offering a full range of assessment and counselling services
    • provided by a team of prodessional counsellors, individual and family counselling sessions
  • Parenting groups
  • Child and youth group programs
  • Outreach services to adolescents
  • Early years services
  • LIve-In Treatment Services
  • Attendance Centre
  • Consultation and presentations to community groups

Consists of a multidisciplinary team of professionals from the fields of social work, child and youth work, psychiatry, psychology and education
