Description

Description (Service) Healthcare staffing agency that focuses on providing relief staff with qualified and experienced RN'S RPN'S and PSW's to longterm care and retirement homes, acute care facilities and correctional facilities
  • Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Personal Support Workers and Developmental Support Workers provide service in private home-care, long-term care homes, retirement-residence, nursing homes, community care, mental health facilities, correctional facilities, group homes and acute care facilities
  • Nursing staff monitor and assess patient healthcare needs, create individualized nursing care-plans, assist with discharge instructions and patient follow-up, pain management, medication administration and collaborate with other healthcare disciplines to ensure safety and improvement of patient health
  • Support and Developmental Support staff provide assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing and toileting, personal care, assistance with dressing, provide companionship, medication reminders, safety supervision, transfer assist, meal preparation and other relevant recreation activities
