Description (Service) Exercise, support and information for people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
  • helps people living with MS and their families/caregivers take a positive stance in coping with multiple sclerosis
  • meetings begin with gentle exercise provided by an instructor from the VON, followed by an informal meeting for conversation and support
  • for people who cannot attend in-person meetings, virtual support groups are available, call Knowledge Network at 1-844-859-6789 for more information
