Description

Description (Service) Recreational, fitness and non-physical programs for all ages including:
  • Senior Wellness programs
  • family swim programs
  • preschool programs
  • orientations to fitness
  • adult and youth fitness classes
  • educational courses such as Lifesaving, First Aid, and CPR
  • Youth Leadership programs
  • Facilities include a conditioning room/wellness centre, lap pool, two full sized gymnasiums, indoor track, group fitness and group cycling rooms
  • Participates in International Peace Week held in November annually
  • YMCA at Home is a virtual YMCA connecting people to at-home workouts, children's programs and physical activity, and personal wellness resources
Volunteer Description
  • Volunteers may apply by contacting YMCA at volunteer.innisfil@sm.ymca.ca
  • volunteers used in most aspects of YMCA operation, including child minding, Fitness and Child/Youth programs, membership, maintenance, and Aquatics.

  • Campership program designed to assist children to attend camp who otherwise may not attend due to financial circumstances
