Description (Service)

Grief & Bereavement Support
Provides emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual support to individuals, families and agencies who are anticipating a death or experiencing grief due to loss of a loved one or friend.

Services include:

  • One-to-one support
  • Peer Support Groups
  • Psychoeducational Support
  • Children and Youth Support
  • Memorial Services
  • Spiritual Support
  • Day Programs
  • Support for agencies, workplaces and schools experiencing loss

Visiting Hospice Services
In-home visiting provided by trained volunteers who address the social, emotional, spiritual and practical needs of both people with a life-limiting illness and their family members

Examples of support include:

  • Care for the caregiver
  • Support with legacy work/activities
  • Social, emotional companionship
  • Working together on hobbies and interests

Outreach PresentationsPresentations offered virtually or in person on Bereavement Education, Grief Support, and Coping Skills
