  • station has 152 free parking spaces on the north side of Gowan St and has heated shelters, a pedestrian tunnel to Gowan St with ramps, a six-bay bus platform, bicycle racks and a passenger pick-up area
  • second level of trains is a Quiet Zone

  • Barrie Transit may be used to access the Barrie South GO Station
  • fare integration program allows valid GO train ticket-holders to board the transit bus for free, see GO Transit in Barrie
  • regular GO Bus service will stop at the Barrie South GO Station on its normal route from the Barrie Transit Terminal to Toronto
