Description (Service)

Mental Wellness programs for youth including:

  • Workshop Groups with multiple sessions focusing on strategies to cope with anxiety (YMind Teen), stress, regulating emotions and improving relationships with others (Youth DBT Skills Group)
  • YouthCALL Service Link - a live answer helpline for youth who need help planning their paths forward
    • YouthCALL Service Link is the centralized "front door" for youth aged 12-25 to access a continuum of services from employment to mental health and addiction services offered through a delivery model that mixes on-site and virtual programming
    • YouthCALL is a collaborative program led by CFS Counselling + Wellness, in partnership with Gilbert Centre, Canadian Mental Health Association, New Path CONTACT Community Services, and Youth Haven
