| Description (Service) | Editors Canada promotes professional editing as key in producing effective communication and holds its members to the highest possible standards. As a branch of Editors Canada, Editors Barrie serves freelance and in-house editors at all points north of Toronto. In the past they have delivered workshops on language inclusivity, gender-neutral pronouns and appropriate usage, as well as how to get your book on the library shelf. They consider topics for editors and writers within the community, and welcome suggestions or proposals. |
