Description (Service) Treatment for individuals with depression, anxiety and anxiety-related conditions.

BounceBack program
Guided self-help resources are available by telephone for youth aged 15-17 years

Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT)
  • Structured, time-limited therapy that is problem-focused and goal-oriented and teaches practical strategies and skills.
  • Individuals aged 18+ with depression anxiety-related conditions will have access to different services in the OSP program
  • The service or services recommended will depend on what's most appropriate for their needs, with most clients starting with self-administered strategies.

Guided self-help resources: The BounceBack and Clinician-Assisted Bibliotherapy (CAB) programs are available by telephone

Psychotherapy: Individual and/or group CBT sessions are delivered in person or online

Internet-based cognitive behavioural therapy (iCBT): program is delivered online and guided by a therapist

Eligibility
  • Client has a primary concern of anxiety, depression, or anxiety-related problems (e.g. posttraumatic stress; health anxiety; work stress; obsessive compulsive concerns)
  • Client (or Health Care Provider on behalf of client) must complete the PHQ-9 & GAD-7 symptom screeners (must be completed in order to process the referral)
  • Client resides in Ontario
  • BounceBack program: youth from 15 to 17 years
  • (CBT) cognitive-behavioural therapy: individuals 18 years and up
  • Application BounceBack: Online Form
