Description

Description (Service)

Provides assistance for those experiencing poverty and/or homelessness. Oversees services for individuals, youth and families being impacted by homelessness in Simcoe County, including emergency shelters, permanent accommodations for those experiencing homelessness and programs preventing homelessness for those at risk of losing permanent housing.

Services include:

  • Shelter and Outreach Services
  • Homelessness Services and Shelter Supports
  • Domiciliary Care
  • Supportive and Transitional Housing
